I have not used those. But frankly you could be on racing slicks on get through gravel just fine using ANY fulltime AWD vehicle. I take my Subaru with all-seasons and summer tires in the so.
So those tires are just fine on gravel/mud. Have you ever seen the TopGear episode where they take an M, AMG, and I think landrover SUV's with SUMMER tires into the mud, offroading? All were very capable.
As an aside, I use Continental DWS tires, and had a nail puncture one. Buying a spare here from another member was a life saver. I simply plugged the tire in my garage, and was fixed in 30min.
