Ravenol is a great name and get the 6HP flavor if you have the 6 speed or the 8HP if you have the 8. You will need about 5 liters for the 8 speed (can't speak for the 6). (Avg is about 4.5 liters back in. Oh and grab this:

It's worth every penny, you will thank me later, makes filling the transmission a breeze and easy, the LAST thing you want is to be fumbling with some silly pump while your under it and engine is running, the exhaust pipe just waiting to burn ya all while trying to get that blasted last pint in.
