Have you searched online for what this might be?
I did a quick Google search and it appears the N62 is plagued by the same value guide seal issues as the N63, so given that, and your mileage, I'd say they're a likely culprit to the white smoke coming out the exhaust 
I don't know about the N62, but dealer cost to replace them on the N63 is close to $10,000. Most fail between 50K-120K miles.
A proper inspection from a trained technician would probably be a good idea. You might need to sell that thing quick! |
