100 labor an hr is what I got at the BMW dealer. Local BMW shop was asking the same rate. I also get 2yr coverage on it through the BM dealer and a loaner. I just feel that an independent should offer a better price sine they have less overhead.

it may be where you are in New Jersey. if the dealer is 100 an hour, yes, 100 an hour to the independent doesn't make sense.
