depending on how clean your X5 may dictate its 'value' with three issues like that, 7,000 is a little high. The TPMS and the E-brake could turn out to me minor though.

you should count your blessings that is all your seeing labor wise. Here in Maryland, dealers are in the 150-200 per hour range, and your indy shops, depending on what they work on, can be in the 100-150 range. I don't think BMW gives certifications to independent shops, though I am not sure. I have always assumed NJ has value and price of things similar to MD, so 100 an hour doesn't sound terrible.
