Hey RonVF. Seems like u got a good deal aside for the to do list. I paid 16k for mine. Anyways i got prices from 6 dealers and got it fixed for 1900 all included. Pissed me off a little that they used 5 qts of oil that came out of it originally but it was by far the best price around NJ. If u read my previous posts it started at the rear main seal then quickly spread all the way around. Dealer said metal in old gasket was warped. You need to remove the skid plates and check under yours for the sources of oil leaks.
