Sounds like a decent deal but not amazing or smoking deal.

imo, any warning light on just gives sign to potential buyers to stay away even if you state the issue especially on a vehicle over 100k miles with accidents.

Personally with an airbag warning light on, known accident, and 120K miles on an already expensive to fix vehicle; I wouldn't go near it.

You should fix the air bag sensor before selling. You'll have better luck and possibly sell for more.
