You mentioned that your passenger door is peeling, so are you going in for a re-spray? I wouldn't try to match the flares unless you are getting other attributes done as well, might not turn out to be a perfect match. There is a solid bit of black on your truck, so I think the flares/bumper look fine as is. Just my two cents though. If you had chrome trim or paint matched handles/mirrors I'd say to paint the flares and bumper, but that isn't the case.
