Temperature under turbos get so high that return cover gasket fails under heat shields, and oil "boils" inside turbo lubrication lines clogging them.
Peak temps happen if battery gets old or low voltage and does not allow Aux Turbo coolant pump run 10mins after engine shutoff. Another scenario is when turbo coolant gets low due to the leak, or coolant pump dies completely.
Symptoms: Oil leaking under the car in bell-housing area between engine and transmission. There is a drain hole above the rear main seal, letting leaked oil drip down from V-valley.
