Also cti turbo which is a branch of comp turbo can rebuild or upgrade stock turbos, then they balance to a believe it was 100k rpms and provide a warranty for just under a thousand dollars. So that is another option available that no one ever seems to mention.

While doing this job I would also recommend replacing whatever wastegate vacuum lines you can get your hands to.
Cti stated a minor rebuild of 425/each. I asked for clarity on what this entails. Given I wanted the wategates flaps and the turbos back to new spec.
