my car has 177k km on odometer.. if its well maintained yes if not its a surprise..
basically as you know things are falling apart by time.. i donno what sort of calculations you made but you ll burn %80 more fuel on 4.4L V8 for sure.. and you ll feel like your driving a whale for sometime after M4..
