CNA as others have stated here seems to be great but you need to get it through a dealer.
USAA - not sure if they are still covering the X5?
Route 66 which some members have the coverage (different levels) seemed to be strong on the highest coverage but they have dropped the X5.

Receiving an old tread but what warranty did you go with? I am shopping fora 2014+ X5 50i and trying to line up options to get extend coverage for it.
