Hi all. My rear electronic hatch is making a horrible cracking sound and stops halfway up, about every 10th time or so when I open the hatch with the outside handle. The problem never occours if I use the button on the key or the inside button to open it. Closing the hatch is never a problem.
What could be the cause to this?
