Are there any aftermarket options to replace the pads and rotors for a 2010 X6 activehybrid? I've been searching online but haven't really found anything. The system status indicates pad replacement at 100,000 miles and during my last oil change just under a year ago I had 8mm front and 7mm rear but the brakes feel a little weak and I've noticed they squeal at low speeds when it's cold.

Any input would be great. I'd rather not go to the dealership. Thank you
