I got my 2011 50i done for Valve Stem Seals replacement just a few months ago at a BMW dealer
It was done for free under the Bang settlement.
They tested it for smoking and oil consumption and did it for free along with lot of other replacements for wear and tear items at on the parts costs.
Yours will be eligible for free replacement too.
