They're awesome dogs! We got our first mix 5 years ago and, even though she was wild, I thought "how bad can a pure bred Malinois be?" I got the Dutchie/Mal mix a little over a year ago and he was bred for protection work...absolutely insane. Not a pet at all. They have to have jobs otherwise they demolish anything in their path. I had to get into Schutzhund to keep him occupied. The new rescue pup is a sweetheart which is why we think she is a mix...there is a big difference between the show line and working line though, so she may just be bred for good temperament...they call them Maligators for a reason lol.
