The dealers I've worked with (bought my car from west german and service at ramsey) have been great. No sales hassle, clean, comfortable, knowledgable.
I just wish they wouldn't charge 2-3x for service. I'm not asking to be the same as a jiffy lube but why do they have to up charge even on their own parts? I guess they have enough people buying new cars serviced under warranty so they want to keep away plebs like me.
