Definitely no loaners, at least not for me. My friend in CA says they give him Uber credits... I didn't even get that. Ended up wasting 2 hours sitting there and basically they only fixed one thing, but fucked up something else in the process. They said they would schedule a mobile tech to come and fix one of the other issues at my house, they never scheduled anything.
Luckily I really like the car and none of the issues were a big deal, but still I found it to be chevy level service, not luxury level service, but your "service center" as they call them may be different.
