Just look at the video and listen to the explanation.
Or listen to any other video where DAS is explained where they talk about the advantages and disadvantages about 0deg toe.
They all explain that 0deg toe gives more straigthline speed because it reduces scrubbing of the tyres resulting in less friction thus less rolling resistance.
Even people that have lots of actual race experience explain it this way. I'll take their word over yours anytime.
Or you could just post a video where they claim the opposite.
