The problem with the emergency brake was the parking brake actuator. Parts $1359, labor $407, tax $110.

Replaced this line on my own for $60 from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So far, loving the vehicle!

Curious if you all have any suggestions on (preventive) maintenance I can tackle. I like to DIY, but admittedly I'm slow, so having a list I can work on at my own pace before things break is a good strategy for me.

Here's a list of things the PO did (he was 2nd owner):

Aug 2018 47,636
New radiator return line, hydraulic fluid, and suction pipe; replace front/rear control arm bushings; ; replace both stabilizer bar bushings; replace power steering pump and hoses; fuel pump recall, airbag recall

Sep 2019 47,638
replaced stereo system

Jan 2019 49,756
oil change Amsoil 5w40 + fuel system cleaner (Part #CNVLM 2007 - I do not know what this is)

Mar 2019 50,486
passenger air bag recall

Apr 2019 50,517
new OEM battery

Lastly, I haven't experienced any impact on driving, but here are the codes that have come up recently:

Chassis stabilization malfunction
DBC malfunction
Servotronic malfunction
