Still trying to figure out what the clear tails look like. Are these white? Or are we referring to clear over tinted? You can put me down for red ones without tint. Went from a maybe to a yes.

Clear tails? What is that?
A 2010 X5M would have the pre-LCI tail lights like I have pictured above, but yes the rear bumper would look totally different. 2011-2013 X5M's would have the LCI tail lights.
