You have FEW options unfortunately. Aftermarket parts.... adamsrotors.com is the ONLY place I found but $$$$
second option is to order rotors for a 2015 or later f85/86 X6M. These are the same size, but are drilled in a slotted pattern, and are a "2 piece design" but not really two piece. They fit perfect but on the front you can only use one set screw, and in the rear you have to use the lugs to hold in place but this is not an issue at all. These can be bought for about 249-300$ each form online sources.
Third option... go to a carbon ceramic setup for 15000$
as for pads...you need to use pads for I believe for 2010-2013 e71. lots of options between ceramic and low dust vs more "bite" and there are several threads and discussions on here about that.
