While I agree lifetime is bullshit, I think changing it now is a bit premature. Besides there will be other opportunities to drain and refill coolant like replacing the water pump etc.
I would do it around 100k. Whatever you decide, it wont HURT to change it, as long as you have BMW branded stuff.
