There's been 2 additional recalls in the past few months (April & May of this year) - 11 total for a 2012 X5 xDrive50i. And that doesn't include the CCP, or Customer Care Package from a few years back. Your re-manufactured motor should have the CCP stuff already addressed, I would think.
