Sorry to hear c but this could be a blessing in desguise. Could you imagine the fight it would have taken if you happened to be driving when the engine blew? You would be hiring a lawyer for sure.
The fact that it blew while their tech was driving it after they previously did work on it they are pretty much forced to own the situation. A new engine at your mileage would be amazing.
You defintiely took good care of her and she didnt deserve it but this could work out pretty awesome in the end. Good luck dealing with this.
