You'll need 10AN fittings for the catch can. I would get two 90 degree bends and two straight connections.
You'll need 6-8ft of 5/8 hose.
As for the engine cover, the piece that goes over the turbos may need to be cut on the right side so it clears the catch can. I don't run the covers anyway.
