I did some searching and believe I may have a bad aux pump, or turbo coolant pump, I have a question, is there any troubleshooting on this item? I will try and pull codes at some point today, but we shall see.

If your receiving the warning right after starting a cold engine, I'd think it's more likely a bad sensor.
