This is not a fix-all, however I was able to remove SOME creaking from the trunk area. I noticed when I pressed down on the trunk plastic pockets I'd get major creaking noise in the area shown in the pic. I used felt tape and random foam I had laying around to remove the creaking on both sides. I also added some to the bottom of the d-pillar panels, however that location only had minor creaking. Note, my d-pillar panels are already lined with dynaliner foam so I only needed felt on the bottom...basically where you see plastic on plastic or body.
