F87 may be OK without these, but F22 owners are in for almost certain disappointment if they think their cars will hold value against the new car which packs all of these things plus a significantly improved interior and next-generation driving dynamics. If the G87 drives like a shorter wheelbase G80/82, the F87 will be in a similar boat (though I think Comp will hold firm; it'll always have strong enthusiast appeal).
