On mine it was also 6hp28X. I only got the solenoid kit ZF # 1068 298 047 along with new seals.
I had the 2nd to 3rd hard jerk during slow speed problem and it cured it. Not sure if the solenoid fix it or the seals. But either way you need to change the seal once you drop the mechatronic.
