Here is mine, not so different from yours but perhaps it is enough as shifting is still very delayed, you can see below in the jb4 and draggy logs, I am losing almost a second total in shift times for the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts not to mention a nearly a half second delay just in the one foot roll out. The throttle stays nearly closed much to long. I would be down in the 3.6 to 3.8 second range if it were not for this.
I am not blaming Xhp for this, as it was like this before the XHP install...I have more work to do to nail down the exact cause but will start with resting the adaptions with the stage 2 installed and go from there.
