This is not mine/no affiliation, but I came across it yesterday on AutoTrader. It's my own vehicles twin, never seen this combo before. Combo being - 50i + M Sport + Alpine/Cinnamon + 3rd row. User 'SickFinga' on these forums has production data on all BMW's going back to 1984, he confirmed only 25 X5's w/ this combo were built for the U.S., and those 25 spanned 3 model years, 2011-2013.
Anyhow, not sure if it's a garage queen but miles are quite low in comparison to most 2012 X5's, and it's very well optioned. Also not a 2013 like you wanted, but just 1 year older, and not too from Chicago where you are...
