1. I just painted it flat black
2. I don't remember, but prob about $70-100 per wheel
3. Take them off and paint them to match whatever color your car is.
4. I have ceramic tint from TheTintPros (in Huntington Beach, CA), they have 4 stages of tint, light, medium, dark and limo and mine is the medium. Any darker than that and the fuzz will start trippin' on us in SoCal.
