Glad your wife is ok, that's all that matters. Looks like a total to me due to the door sill at the bottom being pinched along with the B pillar. In any case, you probabally don't want to drive a chassis that has been pinched like that.
Hopefully you can pluck parts off and swap to another E70. Ugh.
