Anyone come to kind to replace him? One significant advantage MB and RB have had over Ferrari is stability at the top while Ferrari has been a rotating door. Granted a lot of it has to do with the expectation and pressure to win leading to impatience.
I have nothing for or against Binotto but that top stability is ultra important when there are so many departments and moving pieces under his purview.
Ideal changes ever few years is disastrous if they want to stay among the top three.
