Well, have at it... But it doesn't really do what you think, because the better detectors filter out noise, like this device. Some cars, their transmissions specifically, emit radio signal too and are false signals mostly filtered out. But you "know" when using your detector especially with sound on, where the signal is coming from and learn to ignore BS signals... Like this. Like the Honda's and some Volvo's emitting false signals, you know the sound is moving too slowly, as you approach, meaning it's moving with you. Maybe, just maybe in the opposite direction, but moving it might cause a momentary pause, but that's about it. Most highway patrol won't stop, reverse direction to pursue a speed violation. Most courts would require that the agent not lose sight of the offender. On a side road, two lane, opposite direction with only you and the patrol vehicle being present, is a different story.

I find it funny when some think they are onto something that's not really the case, as here, the belief that this device would somehow have an effect upon those using Detectors.

And for the matter, receiving a radar signal, or any radio signal, is not unlawful except in VA and D.C. in the US. But BROADCASTING a signal that may interfere or disrupt signal, even if unintentionally, most certainly is unlawful.

Dunning Kruger here in this example (posts above) is real... Lol
