Peter Pan is telling you fairy tales. They're not covered, just like the injectors weren't covered initially either. I can only hope BMW will finally admit that just about EVERY issue with the N63 is also an S63 problem. I beg to differ that they're different between non-M and M cars as they're in every engine from 2007 to current with the 4.4TT engine...there's been revisions, much like the injectors, but the same part nonetheless.
