Its also in the back Igor,for my X5 50i.. but after seeing that recall notice, I called East Bay BMW and my car is covered..i told them my car cant wait for the recall notice since the vacuum pump is leaking so I confirmed an appt on the 19th to check everything for the N63 customer care package.. heres the link from top speed..
