If there is indeed "compelling evidence" then this should be turned over to the local police and he should serve jail time. Either; Jail and he serves a suspension for as long as his sentence stipulates or no jail and no NFL suspension. Either the guy beat a helpless woman and should be prosecuted or he did not. THERE IS NO IN BETWEEN. The only determination should be degree. If he pushed her and got physical without causing injury to her then 1 year in prison plus fines and probation but if he beat her then 4 years in jail with probation fines and a lifetime suspension.
Not saying he did it but IF he did; This is shameful beyond belief. What kind of disgusting degenerate hits a woman?
