better to check for faults in the system, checking its turbo and piping condition radiators as well, better to check if its looking like been overheated before, better to check its all electronics in cabin to see if they re working properly cause if some not, can be a reason a module or more complex problem it can be expensive, there were some recalls in the past checking if they ve been replaced from the service history, if tires are not brand new better to take a look to their state cause its a heavy vehicle it can show a problem clearly, better to check air suspension components to see if there are some worn out parts, diff checking by full steering lock turns can show if there is a problem before inspection, better to check for some leaks, there can be some leaks its not that bad but it depends on the amount and the part itself.. first things came to my mind..
