No...existing wheel center bore is 74.1...same as what you're probably putting on...
This got me thinking...we have bmw alloy compact spare...with a 72.56mm center bore (for my better half's F25 X3)....the overall wheel diameter happens to be the same on the X3 and our X6M....It will fit the rear of the X6M...but now I'm going to grab a 74.1mm spacer (hub) to 72..56 (spare wheel)...and then I can use it as needed on either vehicle....
