Typically what most people do is add an 02 sensor spacer post cat to mimic the flow difference of a cat when it has been removed. I’ve done this on some other cars, but you’d need a down pipe with ports for the post cat 02 sensors along with spacers. Not sure your going to be able to pass emissions without the second set of sensors. They will show not ready all the time.
Anyway let us know how this works it’s not a product or solution I’ve seen before.

This should work, but let's see. I've heard from a F10 (550) N63 owner and a F90 (M5) S63 owner that this worked for them.
