Took my X6 50i into Dealer Nov 2, 2018 for leaking crank case hoses, extended warranty item, they ended up doing the whole oil consumption test. They told me my vehicle quailfies and that it would be Jan or so to get reman engine and a turbo. SA stated that all the work will be done at warranty rate, plus these motors have dropped in price to a little over 3K from dealer. I do not know what it translates to in warranty price. I will be looking 30% or less at this point if you use the milage chart with the lawsuit information.
