I am considering buying E70 BMW X5 35D with high mileage (100K miles). Are there particular model that fixed most of stuff that have seen in previous year?

Would you consider X5 35D with high miles to be a reliable car s or should I stay away and buy a lexus instead lol?

Any inputs would be appreciated.
