Issues are found leaking cylinder #4, found cylinder #8 internal engine problem, coolant leaking lower hose and switch, turbo heat shell, leak exhaust.

Problem was fixed, I have to thank one of the forum member Rikkem.
He was able to diagnose the fault code via the ISID on teamviewer.
Engine is running normal, the car was able to pass NYS inspection after a 6 month hustle.
The problem was FUEL mixture and it was leakage at the turbo to the downpipe, the part itself, gasket was $47 total. Base on all this information where the dealer tech said engine has to be replaced or rebuilt is completely BS. When i felt desperately to pass the damn emission test. while the dealer tech already charged $2000+ on some part that didn't even broken/crack on the fuel mixture process, air intake duct and crankcase vent.
