Plugs are fine and no issues, Ive had mine in a week and went to the track with them in, truck has never ran this smooth and as fast. As far as size and appearance they are exact. These plugs are the same plugs used in the n55 engine too, so if you can get 450hp out of them with no problem, then shouldn't be an issue with are engines s63
