Try jacking up the front wheels and turning it. If you hear uneven scraping noise then your rotors are warped. Or if you can see your rotors have a section of unshiny area which is where the pads have no contact with rotors.
The old saying” being gentle to the brakes at first” has been reverse nowadays. You need to do multiple aggressive braking to bed the pads in.
