Yeah I wouldn't pay so much for just a tune honestly, you can get these things tuned and have bolt ons making more than that with less cost.
Check this post out from e90post and it'll show you EXACTLY what you need to do. Flash takes roughly 35mins, that is what I experienced and I have ZERO issues. It's still the BETA phase so eventually with more feedback and logging it'll produce better OTS maps. However, there is a noticeable difference and since you already have the BMS juice box. You can compare to see if it honestly is better for you/noticeable.
