Tyres are one of the most important component of the vehicle, so I wouldn't chance it. It's true, you do get what you pay for. I would replace stock with stock, or better. It's a fraction of the price of the X6, and not something I would go cheap on.
I'm replacing the stock run-flats with the Continental 4x4 SportContact this week, as this will improve the ride, handling, and tyre noise.
