I already put it back on but before I start it up, I will first change the oil from 10w40 (euro formula) back to 5w30. I'm wondering if the thicker oil was the cause for the lash adjuster to freeze up, hence the rocker arm falling off. I inspected the spring and all looks fine, nothing broken. I'm also hoping and praying to god it's not a bent valve. Any case, wish me luck..
